ABOUT THE PHCL

TODAY

Today, the Huguenot Children’s Library is the only freestanding children’s library in Westchester County, New York. It serves hundreds of children and families each month. The PHCL continues to raise funds to enhance the library building, pay for, create and run innovative programs, and support library services for all children. Come visit the "Little Library by the Lake."

PHCL's Mission Statement

To enhance and advocate for exceptional children’s library services at the Huguenot Children’s Library and within the New Rochelle Public Library System.

Be Part of the Partnership

The Partnership for the Huguenot Children’s Library is a non-profit charitable organization that was founded by concerned citizens – parents, business owners, people like you – who love and support New Rochelle and its library system. Your tax deductible contributions to the PHCL help provide enhancements and special programs not covered by the library’s operating budget and build the endowment.
